With the G-Prep 370, we successfully standardized our frame preparation process. The cleaning results for bonding are absolutely consistent, the operation is intuitive, and the system runs very reliably.

Before installation, we were managing crazy storage of films - more than 40,000 - with all costs and quality issues related. With the solution from Grünig-SignTronic, we have definitely killed this.

Since 2015, we have been using the G-PREP 370 system for automatic frame cleaning. It accelerated the prepress preparation process so significantly that we invested in another system in 2021. In addition, we use G-BOND on the 275 system, three coating machines (406, 415, and 421), as well as the 280 stretching system. With Grünig screen printing machines, we see the best opportunity to combine automated and standardized work in the future.
